シドニーの民間国際研究機関Institute for Economics & Peaceが12日に6回目のGlobal Peace Indexを公表した。
この平和指標は、①犯罪、テロ、隣国との関係、政治の安定性、少数民族等の「安心、安全」に関わる指標、②自国の軍隊に関する8指標、③人権、男女平等、民主的参加、連帯、等の「ポジティブ平和」指標、の合計23項目によって作成されている。
今年のランクは以下のとおりです。
日本は昨年より2つ下がっていますが、依然世界トップクラスの平和な国ですね。
問題はこの平和をどのように活用しているか、今後どのように活用すべきか、です。
